Junior and Senior Developer:
We are looking to expand our development team with both Junior and Senior development roles available. We’re looking for candidates who understand the development process, have a passion for creative solutions, and are excited by the prospect of taking on new challenges.
We develop on a LAMP stack. Experience working in that environment is a major asset. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript are also a plus. We prize self-motivated individuals who are willing to adapt and learn new skills as they go.
Customer Success Representative:
Customer service in the software industry is based around clear communication. As the bridge between the client and the development team, a customer success representative must be able to clearly communicate between both parties. You must be able to interpret client requests and needs to ensure they are properly fulfilled, while also being able to understand and process feedback from the development side.
We’re looking for candidates with great communication and interpersonal skills backed up by a strong technical background or understanding of technology for this role. We work with a wide range of clients on all kinds of software projects, from CRMs powering wholesale food products, to Donor Management software helping non-profits achieve their goals. Ideal applicants will possess a broad range of knowledge across multiple fields. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but being able to understand and anticipate the demands of different business types and the implementation of various software solutions is a definite asset.
