New automated backup system for email templates for easy retrieval and audit

Email templates are a powerful way to connect with your customers and members. When you're sending out a mass communication to hundreds or even thousands of people at once, you want to make sure you're message is on point. That's why we've made it easier for you to edit, tweak, test, and revise your emails templates so you can craft the perfect message for your audience.
Our new backup system for email templates works similarly to the backup system on default edit pages. Simple draft your email, click the "Save Backup” button and give the draft a name (if you leave this field blank, it will simply default to a title based on the date and time the backup was created). Once you have backups made, you can easily retrieve them the same way you would for a backup of a webpage.
However, when you're working with templates, you want to know how the email will look when you send it out and it appears in your audience's inboxes. That's why we've made it so you can easily send a test email to yourself or anyone else through the backup system. Simple click on the arrow button that resembles a "Play” arrow on an MP3 player, fill in the email you wish to send a test to, and hit send.
This is perfect for teams that need to collaborate and review their messages before sending them out. With the backup and test send system, you can have multiple drafts of an email ready to go and easily tested before deciding on which one should be sent en mass.
