Multi-lingual support for account profile/registration forms not available for membership sites

Our membership account profile and registration forms now benefit from multi-lingual (English and French) support. Members can now join, renew, and edit their profiles in the language they are most comfortable with. This is important functionality for organizations that operate in multiple areas or receive funding that in-part depends on multi-lingual accessibility.
