We're very proud to introduce advanced engagement tracking and reporting tools for our membership clients. No longer will you have to guess at how engaged your members are, you'll be able to reference a clear and specific graph that shows each individual members engagement level.

How is this information calculated? The engagement reporting system uses an internal point system and benchmarking based on different activities to generate an overall "engagement score.” For example, users who take the time to fully fill out their profile page with detailed information will receive  more points that a member who only fills in the basic required fields. Members who participate in active in discussion forums and make regular posts will gain more points to reflect that level of involvement. 

This system can be used to isolate exactly what your most engaged members are most interested in so you can refine your efforts and make sure you're addressing their needs. It also allows you to target low-engagement members for improvement, perhaps with specialized messaging campaigns, offers, or content.
