Repeated donation failures can be an indication of attempted fraud. When you see a list of 50 failed attempts in quick succession to donate, you have to wonder what is really going on. Thankfully, with a new update to our Donor Engine, this is no longer a problem.
We've added the ability to block repeated donation failures to ward off fraud attempts. Please contact support to set the parameters of this feature and enable it on your site today.
